Shipping & returns



All in-stock orders typically ship within 1 - 2 business days BUT during the "busy season" (May - October) shipping times may be to 5 - 7 business days. Please note that custom or special handling items may require additional shipping time. Our standard method of shipment is USPS Priority Mail. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order ships. All orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be shipped USPS.

Please note that orders placed after 3 p.m. EST may not be processed until the next business day.


Return & Exchange:

Please be sure to inspect your items as soon as they are received. Damaged or incorrect products must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt with the original packing slip.

Prior to returning your item you MUST contact us for a Return Authorization (RA). To obtain a Return Authorization please contact [email protected].

After inspection, if the returned product is found to be correct (based on your order), any costs required to ship the product back to the customer are the customer's responsibility and the shipping fees originally paid by the customer to send the item back to us are non-refundable.

If the unit is found to be damaged or incorrect (based on your order), a replacement item will be sent to you at no cost and the shipping fees paid (up to $10) to return the item to us will be refunded.

Any applicable refunds may take up to thirty days following inspection of all returned goods.

Cancelled and undeliverable orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee - shipping is non-refundable in all cases.

You will be held liable for return shipping, duties and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated fees when any of the following circumstances occur:
• You refuse delivery of your parcel for any reason
• The carrier makes three (3) unsuccessful attempts to deliver your parcel
• You provided an invalid address
• You refuse to pay duties and taxes
